Brown Construction has been awarded a Contract by Servite Housing Association to carry out extensive alterations and refurbishment of existing housing at Pitkerro Court, Alloway Terrace, Dundee.
Architects for the project are Wellwood Leslie of Broughty Ferry, Quantity Surveyors are D I Burchell & Partners, Dundee.
Work will commence on site on the 10th August 2009.
