Perthshire Housing Association Ltd has appointed Brown Construction to provide 15 new houses at Marshall Place, Luncarty, Perthshire.
A mix of 6 x 2Apt 4 person homes:4 x 4Apt 5 person homes: 5 x 4Apt 6 person homes.
Consultants engaged on the project are:-
Employers Agent: Flemings, Cupar
Architect: KDM, Broughty Ferry
Structural Engineer: Morgan Associates, Dundee
CDM Coordinator: Hardies Surveyors, Perth
Work commences on site in early July.
