Brown Construction, Dundee has been appointed by M & Co to carry out the Construction Services for their New Store in Brook Street Broughty Ferry.
The new store will be formed from the former Woolworth outlet with major internal alterations and having an increased sales area with storage facilities.
M & Co presently operate from a smaller retail unit in Brook Street, however this new unit will greatly increase their retail space in the prime central shopping area of Broughty Ferry.
Building works commence in early February 2010.
