Lawside Works, Dundee

The redevelopment of a disused former industrial site for Hillcrest Housing Association to provide 49 housing units for rental together with a training facility to support the Association's Apprenticeship Initiative. Among the housing were modified units for tenants with specials needs and disabilities. The site required significant environmental remediation works and also included retention and incorporation of a listed stone facade within a block of flats.
