Site 3C, Ardler Village Centre, Dundee

This project formed the new central heart of the regeneration, for Sanctuary Scotland, of the Ardler estate, with retail units and town houses forming the focal point in the new estate layout. A total of 67 new homes being provided in this phase of the regeneration.
