Jamaica Works, Dundee

A key brown field site regeneration of the Hilltown / Alexander Street area of Dundee, the site of the former Jamaica Works regenerated to provide a mixed tenure of affordable and rental accommodation for Hillcrest Housing Association in modern homes.

Striking use of colour on the external finishes has made this an award winning housing project from the Dundee Civic Trust.
